SPPRE's Menu of Services is organized into nine scopes. Clients may choose one, or all scopes depending on their specific needs. This process provides the client with multiple "Go/No-Go" pionts throughout the process.
SPPRE can assist public or private partners:
- Prior to Distribution of the Developer Solicitation
- During the Developer Solicitation and Selection Process
- During all Agreement Negotiations
SPPRE also assists in finance structuring and attainment, and acts as an Owner's Representative during construction. Serving as the public partner's Owner's Rep. will help to assure that the selected private developer delivers the quality promised in the Development Agreement.
