RFPs / RFQs: Developer RFQ - Nampa Downtown "Pivot Block" The City of Nampa, Idaho will be issuing a Developer RFQ solicitation to explore the potential for a public/private partnership for the commercial development of a downtown city block (2 acres) located only a block away from the 100% retail corner in downtown Nampa.
